You can pay rents by cash or cheque at our office.
Please make cheques payable to 'Sterling Consortium Limited'.
All Rental deposits are held in our client account and protected by Tenancy Deposit Solutions.

Sterling does not charge agency fees to Tenants.

Sales Commissions
All our sales agreements are based on a no sale no fee basis.
You have to instruct your Solicitor to pay us out of the proceeds of the sale.
This clause is incorporated in our Sales Agreement.
Changes to this arrangement must be confirmed by the Management in writing.
