Sterling, manages a substantial portfolio of properties on behalf of UK residents and overseas investors. Our services range from basic letting service to full property management.
We are registered with Tenancy Deposit Solutions Limited and are eligible to protect any deposits that we hold. The deposit is held in our secure client account in accordance with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme of 6th April 2007.

We have specially tailored packages to cater to our clients' individual requirements. A brief summary of our services are specified below:

1)LET ONLY
We will locate tenants through effective Advertising and Marketing campaigns. Once tenants have been found, Sterling will qualify them and obtain all the necessary references before making the agreement and letting the flat. This leaves all management and subsequent rent collection to the landlord.

2)LETTING AND RENT COLLECTION
Services follow on from above (Let Only) but also includes the collection of rent, maintenance of rental statement. We hold the deposit payable by the tenant against any dilapidations.
Sterling also prepares a full annual and monthly statement of accounts for the landlord.
